• Candidates & workers: name and contact details, identity and right-to-work documents, qualifications and professional registrations, references, employment history, DBS/criminal-record information where required, training records and other compliance information.
• Clients & enquirers: name, organisation, contact details and the content of your enquiry.

How we use it, and our lawful bases

• To provide recruitment and staffing services (performance of a contract and our legitimate interests).
• To carry out vetting and compliance checks (legal obligation and legitimate interests).
• To respond to enquiries and manage our relationship with you (legitimate interests).
• To comply with our legal and regulatory obligations.

Where we handle special category data (such as health information relevant to a placement) or criminal-records information, we do so only where a lawful condition applies, such as employment or safeguarding obligations.

Who we share it with

We may share personal data with the clients you are placed with, background-check and compliance providers acting on our behalf, regulators or authorities where required by law, and our professional advisers. We do not sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet our legal and regulatory obligations, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
